JuneteenthFest 2025 is a week-long experience created by the Pulaski County NAACP to center culture, legacy, and healing. Through storytelling, music, food, art, and sacred space, we’re bridging generations—and walking toward a future that honors all who came before us.
Meet the Curator: Tosombra Adecia
Resilience Strategist | Creative Director | Founder of Tailored Resilience™
Tosombra Adecia is a master curator of empowered spaces — with over 500 events led under her direction across military, family, cultural, and healing sectors.
From 2015 to 2024, she served as Chapter Director for Missouri with Blue Star Families, orchestrating hundreds of military family experiences rooted in connection, celebration, and service. She also built Girl Adored Princess Parties, a soulful side brand where joy, imagination, and feminine confidence took center stage — and where excellence was never negotiable.
But events have never been just about logistics for Tosombra. They are her medium for storytelling, healing, and showing people what’s possible.
As the founder of Tailored Resilience™, she brings her passion for beauty, structure, and intention into everything she touches — from high-impact galas and community celebrations to digital experiences and sacred storytelling spaces.
She is not just a planner. She is a strategic visionary with a mission:
To ensure that every person — for a day or for a lifetime — feels worthy, radiant, and seen.
Whether she’s speaking on stages, building brands, or designing immersive environments, Tosombra operates from one guiding belief:

This year marks Tosombra Adecia’s third consecutive year curating the Juneteenth Fest experience for Pulaski County — a tradition that continues to grow in impact and intentionality.
Known for her visionary approach and deep commitment to excellence, Tosombra brings every element to life with heart, purpose, and soul. From the atmosphere to the message, every detail is designed to uplift.
